The Libertines
When you buy your earphones from ipad accessories uk, make sure you have a litsen to The Libertines. An amazing English band, The Libertines formed part of the garage rock revival, spearheading the UK movement.

Formed in London in 1997, the band comprises of: Pete Doherty on vocals and rhythm guitar; Carl Barât on vocals and lead guitar; John Hassall on bass; Gary Powell on drums. The Libertines were mostly centred around the song-writing partnership of Doherty and Barât. The band became incredibly successful in the first half of the 2000’s, achieving a number 2 single and a number 1 album on the UK charts. NME magazine voted their second album (self-titled) the best album of the year! Mick Jones of The Clash produced both of their LPs.
Internal conflicts, deriving from Pete Doherty’s crack cocaine and heroin addictions, eclipsed the band’s music. Though Doherty claimed that the breakup of the band was due to disagreements between himself and Barât and not due to his addictions, it was widely believed that the latter caused their strained relationship. At Reading and Leeds Festivals in 2010, The Libertines reunited to play the shows and received a highly positive response.
